With its resources and welcoming staff, the company has formulated a strategy which informs all its CSR Initiatives, with specific focus on the below outlined categories:
- Pro Bono Training to Youth that Recovered from Drug & Substance Addictions
- Partnering with other Stakeholders to create employment Opportunities for Youth in Disadvantaged Communities
- Mentoring & Coaching Youth
- Assisting Pre-schools and Schools in Disadvantaged Communities with Basic Necessities
- Parterning with Recovery & Rehab Centres to Add Value to members ready to be reintegrated into Communities
- Conducting Motivational Talks to inspire and give hope to the Youth in various communties – Black Child You Are Not Alone Initiative
- Spearhead Feeding Scheme Drives in the Disadvantaged Communties
