MOSIHLE (Pty) Ltd was established in 2018. Amongst the impetus that informed the company’s
existence, was to add value not only to businesses, but to maintain relevance in the communities
in which the company operates through empowering, capacitating and building skills by making
training accessible and affordable to the economically disadvantaged people as well.
The company is 100% black-owned in ownership, shareholding and executive decision-making.
Mosihle (Pty) Ltd’s industry focus is on assisting businesses to build capacity in terms of fraud
risk management techniques and to be compliant in Occupational Health Safety requirements.

At the helm of the company leadership is Paulina. A seasoned executive, an astute businesswoman and a pragmatist on the day-to-day operations of the business. As the Chief Executive Officer, Paulina brings on-board an enormous wealth of knowledge, expertise and skills to Mosihle. She has served in varied strategic and influential roles during her tenure with previous organisations. Despite being highly qualified, Paulina is au fait with the challenges of the dynamic market in which Mosihle operates and she is equally cognisant of the broader economic strains in the South African business environment is confronted with. Paulina plays a critical role both in her capacity as the CEO and in ensuring that shareholders get return on their investment. She holds a Hons BCom. in Business Management, Diploma in Project Management. She is a Certified Internal Auditor, Safety Officer and also has a string of certification in varied fields.
